Thomas the Tank cake was made and delivered to little Aiden today, which marks my virgin attempt at molding Thomas. So what's a rat got to do with Thomas? Err... nothing obviously, but Aiden's mom requested one because the birthday boy's chinese zodiac is the rat.
So my initial idea was to try my hand at making a topsy turvy cake, where the base is smaller than the top. but i accidentally carved the layers wrong, and so decided to switch it to a mini hill instead.
Cake was a chocolate cake with oreos filling.
